Event Rules

Ticket Information 

Tickets can be purchased via universe.com in associtaion with Ticketmaster, links to the website can be found on all social media pages. 

We strongly advise all customers not to purchase tickets from any un official sources as they may be fakes or duplicates. We have a ZERO tolerance policy towards fake tickets, those who possess one will not be granted entry.

Tickets are sent via email with a QR Code. This QR code is your ticket and it will need to be scanned by a member of the door staff upon admission. 

All Tickets Are NON - REFUNDABLE 

Dress Code 

We have a strict No Tracksuit Policy, this also includes leggings. Our staff reserve the right to deny entry if this rule is not followed. 

All attendees are permitted to bring accessories such as glasses, hats and bags.

Upon entry bags will be searched to ensure no contraband enters the venue. 

Alcohol and Drugs 

CRD Live operates a zero tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol, 

All attendees who have been suspected to have consumed alcohol will be denied entry to the event. Our staff reserve the right to deny entry to anyone they feel is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

Vapes and cigarettes

The use of Vapes, cigarettes or any nicotine related products are strictly prohibited. Those found to have such products in their possession will be removed from the event.

Photos and Videos 

We ask all attendees to only film or photograph themselves or friends with their permission. 

Under no circumstances are attendees allowed to film/ photograph anyone without their consent. It is against the law to photograph or film another individual without their consent, if anyone is found to have done this they will be warned and asked to delete the pictures from their device. Failure to comply with warnings will result in removal from the event. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ATTENDEES ALLOWED TO TAKE A PHOTO OF OR WITH CRD LIVE STAFF 

ID 

Prior to entering the venue, all attendees are required to present a form of ID to ensure you are of the appropriate age to attend our events. Our admissions team will check these prior to entry, failure to comply with this rule will result in denied entry. 

Suitable forms of ID include 

• Photo of passport or birth certificate 

Cloakroom 

There will be a cloakroom service available onsite at an additional cost 

Refreshments 

A mineral bar with soft drinks and snacks will be available at an additional cost
